- Excellent communication, organizational, and reporting skills

- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of at least 10 active sales representatives/marketers
- Deliver monthly loan acquisition targets and expand the Nairobi Check Off loan portfolio
- Oversee staff performance through structured field activations and corporate client
engagement
- Ensure compliance with lending processes, documentation standards, and client
satisfactions
- Build strong relationships with organizations for smooth payroll deduction processes
